The Risk department of the Bank strives to proactively anticipate vulnerabilities at the transaction as well as at the portfolio level, through quantitative or qualitative examination of the embedded risks��AbouttheRoleThe Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team is responsible for providing support to the ERM function for Reputation risk management, Model governance and Risk governance and policies��Key Responsibilities

� Collate, compile, analyse and prepare reports that come under the responsibility of the Enterprise Risk management function

� Prepare presentations on topics of reputation risk, model governance and risk governance

� Provide support on implementation and documentation of key initiatives such as stress testing, risk appetite cascading etc��

Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

� Graduate/ Post-Graduate from a recognized university. MBA/CFA/FRM� or equivalent qualifications in Finance� would be preferred

� 2 years of experience in a relevant role��

� Basic understanding of finance, banking and economics

� Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language

� Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines��
