We are looking for a highly experienced RPA Automation Test Engineer with 8+ years of expertise in automation testing, including testing RPA solutions across platforms like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of test planning, automation frameworks, scripting, and process validation, with the ability to ensure reliability and accuracy of RPA implementations in enterprise environments.

• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for RPA workflows.
• Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for RPA solutions using tools like UiPath Test Suite, Selenium, or similar.
• Validate bots developed on platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for automated business processes.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues across bots and workflows; perform root cause analysis for test failures.
• Collaborate with RPA developers, business analysts, and QA teams to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain test documentation, logs, and defect reports using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or HP ALM.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration and support automated deployment validation.

• Strong experience in automation testing for RPA tools: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
• Hands-on scripting experience in Python, VBScript, Java, or C# for automation purposes
• Proficient in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Robot Framework)
• Strong knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM)
• Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured)
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git, Jenkins – preferred)

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of total QA/testing experience, with at least 3+ years in RPA test automation
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

• RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Associate, Blue Prism Developer, etc.)
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
