About the role
We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer to design, develop, test, and implement Robotic Process Automation solutions to automate business processes. The candidate should have hands-on experience with RPA tools and the ability to understand business requirements and deliver efficient automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions to automate repetitive business processes.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows using RPA tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and technical teams to gather requirements.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automation scripts.
- Monitor and maintain deployed bots to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare technical documentation, process design documents (PDDs), and solution design documents (SDDs).
- Ensure automation solutions follow security, quality, and compliance standards.
- Support production issues and implement enhancements to existing automation solutions.
