RPA Developer-Automation Anywhere

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RPA Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying bots using Automation Anywhere. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into automated solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere (v11 / A2019 / Automation 360).
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Create detailed RPA solution design documents.
• Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to understand requirements.
• Implement bots following best practices for security, logging, exception handling, and reusability.
• Maintain and monitor bot performance; troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Perform bot versioning, testing (UAT/SIT), and documentation.
• Provide post-deployment support and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with governance and coding standards.

• 4–6 years of total IT experience with at least 3+ years in RPA development.
• Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (v11 and/or Automation 360).
• Proficient in bot development lifecycle, including task bots, meta bots, IQ bots.
• Strong understanding of RPA architecture and components.
• Familiarity with SQL, VBScript, JavaScript, or Python for scripting enhancements.
• Good knowledge of error handling, logging, and recovery mechanisms.
• Experience integrating RPA with external systems (APIs, databases, web services).
• Knowledge of process mining or process discovery tools is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional or Master RPA Professional.
• Exposure to other RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism) is a plus.
• Experience with OCR tools like ABBYY or Automation Anywhere IQ Bot.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and version control tools (Git, SVN).
