Job Description :
- 5+ years of experience developing production-grade software with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Expert-level Ruby and Rails proficiency for building scalable web applications.
- Strong background in API development with expertise in microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud infrastructure design.
- Proficiency in Linux administration and Bash scripting for automation and system management.
- Experience with containerization technologies and modern deployment practices.
- Strong understanding of automation, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps methodologies.
- Track record of technical leadership and mentoring engineering teams.
