About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Implement site safety policies and construction safety plans.
Conduct site inspections and identify unsafe conditions.
Ensure PPE compliance, fire safety, and safe working practices.
Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for workmen.
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
Maintain safety records, reports, and statutory compliance.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations.
Requirements
Requirements:
5–7 years of construction site safety experience.
Valid safety qualification/certification.
Experience with large construction projects and multinational clients preferred.
Willingness to travel to project sites across Asia and Africa.
