Position: Safety Supervisor/Steward
Qualification/Experience: BSc with 5 (minimum) years of relevant experience as a safety supervisor in a related industry and a safety diploma; HSC/ITI with an industrial safety diploma; or NEBOSH IGC with 6 years of relevant experience as a safety supervisor in a related industry.
Roles and responsibilities:
Associates should have basic knowledge of the hazards involved and their control measures in manual rigging, mechanical rigging using cranes or hydraulics, fabrication, confine space and scaffolding, welding, gas cutting, grinding, and other mechanical activities or jobs. Identification of hazards and mitigation measures. Able to enforce required safety measures and compliance among various levels of workers.
