Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Automation Tester with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM testing, test automation, and SQL/database validation.

The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing automated and manual test scenarios for Salesforce applications, validating CRM business workflows, performing integration testing, and ensuring data accuracy across Salesforce and external systems.

Required Technical Skills

• 3–5 years of overall experience in Software Testing / QA.
• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Testing.
• Good understanding of Salesforce CRM concepts and business processes.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud is preferred.
• Strong experience in Automation Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium / WebDriver / Java / JavaScript / Python or equivalent automation technologies.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database validation.
• Experience in writing SQL queries for data verification and reconciliation.
• Experience in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model, objects, relationships, reports, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience with JIRA/Azure DevOps or similar defect management tools.
• Knowledge of Git and CI/CD is preferred.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce CRM applications.
• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automation test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Perform functional, regression, system, integration, and UAT testing.
• Validate Salesforce CRM workflows, business processes, configurations, and data.
• Test Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, Flows, reports, dashboards, and user permissions.
• Validate data flow between Salesforce and external applications/systems.
• Perform database and data validation using SQL queries.
• Verify data consistency between Salesforce and backend databases/external systems.
• Execute API/integration testing using tools such as Postman or similar tools.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA/Azure DevOps.
• Analyze defects, perform root-cause investigation, and work closely with developers and Salesforce teams for resolution.
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, automation scripts, test data, and test execution reports.
• Maintain regression automation suites and improve automation coverage.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Admins, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and other QA teams.
• Support release validation and production deployment testing.
