About the role
The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
Business Development and Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue generation across the US and domestic staffing.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in both the US IT staffing and domestic staffing industries.
- Understand client hiring requirements and provide suitable staffing solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and presentations.
- Ensure successful onboarding and account management for new clients.
Sales Operations and Reporting:
- Track sales metrics, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in US IT staffing and/or domestic staffing.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and end-to-end sales.
- Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment business models.
- Experience in handling teams and driving performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
