Job Title : Sales Force Developer

Experience : 5 – 10 years

Budget : Max 20 LPA

Shift timing - 2 PM to 10 PM (Monday to Friday)

Job Description:

 Designing and developing custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform.

 Collaborating with business analysts and project managers to gather and analyze requirements.

 Ensuring the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging.

 Providing ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

 Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies, best practices, and industry trends.

 Design business portals (Customer Communities) along with lightning web components like page layouts, user flow, etc.

 Ensure complex customer and administrative workflows turn into Salesforce specific outputs

 Map business and functional needs to Salesforce functionalities

 Utilize Version Control Systems (Atlassian Bitbucket) Desired Profile

 Proven experience as a Salesforce developer, including a strong understanding of the

Salesforce platform, its architecture, and its limitations.

 Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.

 Experience with integrating external systems and APIs into Salesforce.

 Experience in developing integration strategies between external & legacy systems and Salesforce is needed. For example, integrating payments via API into Salesforce Portal work streams and integrating Single Sign On (SSO) into Salesforce with a service like OKTA are two important needs.

 Knowledge of web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

 Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

 Salesforce developer certifications, such as Platform Developer I and II, are highly desirable.
