About the role
Sapience Learning AI turns the world's best business books into AI-powered audio learning experiences for enterprise teams. We're early-stage, bootstrapped, and closing deals. This is a rare opportunity to be the first sales hire.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle from first outreach to signed deal.
- Target CHROs, L& D Directors, and Heads of Talent at mid-to-large enterprises in India and the Gulf.
- Run discovery calls, product demos, and pilot negotiations.
- Work directly with the founder, fast feedback loops, and real autonomy.
- Build and manage a pipeline using our CRM and outreach tools.
- Identify and develop reseller/channel partnerships with L& D vendors.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years selling to HR, L& D, or CHRO buyers.
- Experience closing $5K-$20K enterprise deals.
- Consultative selling ability: You sell ideas, not features.
- Existing network in enterprise HR or EdTech.
