- Position: Sales Leader – Solar (GM / DGM)

- Location: Delhi NCR & Mumbai
- Experience: 15+ years in Sales leadership (Preference for BE + MBA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to drive business growth
- Manage and optimize sales territories to maximize coverage and efficiency
- Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to foster a high-performance culture
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry.
- Monitor sales performance and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly
