About the role
Responsibilities:
- Make cold calls to prospective customers, introduce OptiPhoenix, understand their needs, and initiate meaningful conversations.
- Learn social selling (build a personal brand that gets replies! ).
- Research and identify ICP leads + buying signals.
- Write high-converting, human-first messages that open doors.
- Work closely with OP's leadership team on real growth experiments.
