About the role
Responsibilities:
- Convert qualified leads into bookings and registrations.
- Conduct buyer consultations during site visits.
- Handle objections and drive closures.
- Follow up with prospects until conversion.
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of real estate sales experience (Plotted land, villas, or farmland preferred).
- Proven track record closing 15L+ property deals.
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
- Fluent in Telugu and comfortable travelling to project sites (2-4 times/month).
