About the role
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for business development, lead generation, and account management.
- You will conduct compelling product demos for prospects and work with product and engineering to improve demo quality.
- You will negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with customers in the assigned territory/industry.
- Manage complete ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience in SaaS, API Products, or software in the Fraud and Risk Management industry
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Sales experience in a 1-10 startup in a parallel domain is a plus.
- Strong first-principles understanding of business and technology fundamentals
- Ability to work independently
- Lead generation skills, including the ability to identify and target potential clients, lead follow-up, and conversion optimisation.
- Business communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively across various levels of the organisation, and build and maintain client relationships.
- Account management skills, including the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
