About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to pursue enterprise sales initiatives for CERTIFI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, strong communication skills in both English and Hindi, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise sales of CERTIFI.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, business cases, and product demonstrations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements.
- Travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Work on strategic partnerships for revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate with specialisation in sales and marketing from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 5 years of enterprise sales experience in the enterprise sector.
- Strong understanding of enterprise dynamics and enterprise communication solutions.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of any other Indian language would be welcome.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value contracts.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
- Strong team player with leadership potential and collaborative mindset.
