About the role
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager /
Director to lead end-to-end sales efforts and drive new client acquisition.
This role involves prospecting, solution selling, and building relationships
with marketing and growth leaders at B2B organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
- Target and engage decision-makers in SaaS, IT, and other B2B
sectors.
- Qualify leads and present tailored demand generation solutions.
- Track opportunities in CRM and meet monthly/quarterly sales
targets.
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in a lead-gen or
agency environment)
- Strong track record of selling to mid-market or enterprise clients
- Excellent communication, prospecting, and closing skills
