About the role
- Responsible for targeting new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the organization.
- Any matter which may effect the interests of ACCOR should be brought to the attention of the Management.
- Particular focus will be on rooms business from the Hyderabad market for Novotel Hyderabad.
- Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in the development of the Strategic Marketing Plan for the organization.
- Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing to direct the Sales & Marketing department to achieve objectives established in the Organization’s Strategic Plan.
- Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination and co-operation with all departments of Novotel Hyderabad and Hyderabad International Convention Centreto ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.
- Identify optimal, cost effective use of the resources and educate the team on the same.
- Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing to prepare Annual Sales goals, develop working plans to carry out goals, compare actual achievements against goals and hence take necessary corrective action.
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable hospitality school
- Minimum 5 years of Sales management experience or at least an years of experience in a similar capacity with proven records
- High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of global markets and business acumen
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
