About the role
- Business development: Identify and pursue new projects, clients, and partnerships in the MEP field.
- Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers.
- Sales strategy: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Team leadership: Guide and mentor the sales team to maximize performance.
- Market analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Proposal preparation: Oversee tender submissions, quotations, and contract negotiations.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering and project teams to align sales with technical delivery.
Qualifications:
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Business Administration.
- Experience: 7–10 years in sales, with at least 3 years in the MEP industry.
- Technical knowledge: Understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Soft skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
