Sales Officer

We are looking for a target-oriented and experienced Sales Officer with good knowledge of seeds and pesticides sales. The candidate will be responsible for developing dealer and distributor networks, promoting company products, generating sales, and expanding market presence across Madhya Pradesh.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for seeds and pesticides.
  

• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and farmers.
  

• Appoint new dealers and distributors to expand market coverage.
  

• Conduct regular field visits, farmer meetings, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
  

• Promote seed varieties and crop protection products according to market and farmer requirements.
  

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends.
  

• Ensure timely payment collection and follow up on outstanding dues.
  

• Monitor product availability, stock movement, and secondary sales.
  

• Prepare daily sales reports, tour plans, and market feedback reports.
  

• Travel extensively across the assigned territory in Madhya Pradesh.
  

• Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture / Diploma in Agriculture / Graduate in a relevant field.
  

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in seeds and pesticides sales preferred.
  

• Good knowledge of agricultural inputs, crop protection products, and local farming practices.
  

• Existing dealer and distributor network in Madhya Pradesh will be an advantage.
  

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  

• Must be comfortable with field sales and extensive travel.
  

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licensee preferred.
