About the role
- Execute day-to-day sales operations ensuring comprehensive market coverage in assigned regions.
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned with company goals.
- Implement promotional campaigns and schemes effectively to boost sales.
- Generate accurate and timely sales reports to support decision-making.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in FMCG or beverage sales, preferably with field sales exposure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with a team-oriented mindset.
- Good knowledge of local markets in and around Indore.
- Strong problem-solving skills and goal-oriented approach.
- Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within assigned territories.
