We are hiring for one of our premium clients in the luxury jewellery manufacturing industry. The organization is known for its strong operational excellence, premium customer servicing standards, and global presence in diamond and gold jewellery manufacturing.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
💰 Pricing & Quotations
• Ensure accurate pricing for orders and PD samples
• Share quotations with clients within defined timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing approvals and updates
🧾 Invoicing & Documentation
• Handle invoicing processes accurately and efficiently
• Maintain proper documentation and order records
• Ensure compliance with internal operational processes
💻 System Management & Software Handling
• Work on Gati / EMR software for order and shipment management
• Update and maintain PDCM (Party Design Confirmation Master) records
• Create master orders and production trial order pieces after design confirmation
📦 Order Processing & Coordination
• Ensure smooth processing of regular customer orders within set timelines
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for order execution and dispatch
🔄 Goods Return Management
• Handle returned goods processes and coordinate necessary actions
• Ensure proper tracking and closure of returned product cases
🎪 Consignment & Show Coordination
• Manage operational processes for consignment orders and exhibition/show requirements
• Ensure timely coordination and movement of goods for events and client showcases
🤝 Cross-Functional Coordination
• Coordinate with sales, production, logistics, and client servicing teams
• Ensure proactive communication and seamless operational execution
🎯 Desired Candidate Profile:
✔ Experience in Sales Operations / Customer Experience / Order Processing
✔ Knowledge of invoicing and quotation management
✔ Familiarity with Gati / EMR software preferred
✔ Strong coordination and communication skills
✔ Ability to manage timelines, documentation, and operational accuracy
✔ Prior experience in Jewellery / Luxury / Manufacturing industry preferred
