About the role
Responsibilities:
- The candidate shall be responsible for counselling students and parents about the courses and answering any questions about the product or company.
- The candidate's key role will be to update students in the CRM and go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
- Meeting the 75-hour per month working time as per company monitoring mechanisms.
- Travelling to different branches of the company.
- The employee will also have to undertake any additional responsibilities if assigned by the management in the future.
- Complete monthly targets as mandated by the Sales department in the Sales policy.
- Right Fit: Someone who has strong communication skills and can persevere, interested in speaking to, counselling, and guiding students.
- An understanding of how professional coursework would be an added advantage.
