About the role
Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our Customer Success department at our Hyderabad headquarters. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets. The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- At least 4 years of experience in a sales leadership role- Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets- Strong leadership and communication skills- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
