About the role
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform technologies to support business growth and digital transformation initiatives.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Define application architecture, integration strategies, data models, and security frameworks.
- Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance to development teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to translate requirements into solutions.
- Oversee integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs and middleware platforms.
- Establish Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and release management processes.
- Support solution reviews, performance optimization, and continuous platform improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce integrations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security model, data management, and deployment methodologies.
- Experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations and cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA) preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
