About the role
Salesforce Business Analyst:
Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows and test scenarios.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and project managers, to design and configure Salesforce solutions.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Drive System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT),
Perform Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security settings, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation to meet business requirements.
Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements and new features to recommend process improvements and system optimizations.
