Salesforce Data 360 Developer

Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Data Streams from Salesforce and external systems.
• Build DMOs, Identity Resolution rules, Data Transforms, and Calculated Insights.
• Develop and optimise SQL queries for customer data processing.
• Create and test customer segments for downstream activation.
• Troubleshoot data mismatches, unification issues, and integration defects.
• Support UAT, deployment, production issues, and release activities.
• Collaborate with architects and business teams to deliver scalable Data 360 solutions.

The core requirements for the job include the following:

Must-Have Skills:

• Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
• Data Streams and Data Model Objects (DMOs).
• Identity Resolution and Match Rules.
• Data Transforms and Calculated Insights (SQL).
• Segmentation and Activation.
• SQL, APIs, JSON, and Data Integration.

Mandatory Certifications:

• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant.
• Salesforce Administrator.
• Preferred Certifications: Agentforce Specialist, Salesforce AI Associate.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
• Zero Copy, Document AI, or Semantic Layer.
• Salesforce Agentforce integration with Data 360.
• Agile development experience.

Candidate Preference:

• Hands-on Salesforce Data 360 implementation experience, ideally with at least 1 year of Data 360 project exposure.
• Prioritise developers with practical experience in identity resolution, calculated insights, and segmentation rather than general Salesforce developers.
