About the role
- Strong experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) development and implementation.
- Hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, SOQL, and Flows.
- Experience in building Customer, Partner, and Employee Communities.
- Expertise in Experience Builder, Community Templates, Branding, and Customization.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Security Model, Sharing Rules, Roles, Profiles, and Permission Sets.
- Experience integrating Experience Cloud with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and deployment tools is preferred.
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions.
- Build and customize Customer and Partner Portals using Experience Builder.
- Develop reusable Lightning Web Components and Apex solutions.
- Configure authentication, authorization, and community security settings.
- Integrate Salesforce Experience Cloud with external applications and enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring platform stability.
- Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce best practices.
