About the role
We are looking for a Salesforce Global Administrator to manage, configure, maintain, and optimize a global Salesforce platform across multiple regions and business units. The role will be the primary point of contact for Salesforce configuration activities and will work closely with business stakeholders and regional administrators across EMEA, LATAM, and NORAM.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Salesforce configuration, maintenance, and optimization across global business units.
- Handle user management, security settings, custom objects, workflows, and country-specific deployments.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and effective Salesforce configurations.
- Mentor and support local Salesforce administrators across EMEA, LATAM, and NORAM.
- Establish and maintain consistent Salesforce standards, best practices, and governance.
- Ensure platform configuration and deployments align with global governance requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- Strong Salesforce Administration experience.
- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration, security, user management, workflows, and custom objects.
- Experience working with global/multi-region Salesforce environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and business requirement translation skills.
