Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

• Build email templates, journeys, and automation using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio

• Write and manage AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL queries for dynamic content

• Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and third-party platforms via APIs

• Manage subscriber data, segmentation, and personalized campaign execution

• Monitor email performance and ensure deliverability best practices

• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for campaign requirements

• Troubleshoot and optimize marketing automation workflows and journeys

Skills:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) core modules: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio

• AMPscript (for dynamic content personalization)

• SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript)

• SQL (for data extensions, segmentation, and queries)

• API integration (REST/SOAP) with Salesforce CRM & external platforms

• HTML/CSS (email template development)

• Data management: segmentation, subscriber lists, data extensions

• Understanding of deliverability best practices

• Campaign monitoring and performance analytics

• Problem-solving & troubleshooting automation workflows
