About the role
Looking for a Consultant/PL/PM with deep expertise in AI-driven CRM transformation, including Agentic AI and CRM Analytics implementations. This role will drive intelligent automation, analytics, and AI-powered decision systems on the Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementations on AI-driven CRM solutions.
- Design AI use cases (predictive scoring, automation, case intelligence, insights).
- Drive analytics dashboards, data modelling, and performance reporting.
- Proven demonstrative skills for solution presentations/demos.
- Conducted discovery/workshops/demos and designed scalable solutions.
- Successfully integrated third-party applications using APIs, middleware, and the Provider Salesforce Connected app.
- Managed Project risks, scope changes, timelines and budgets effectively.
- Led the governance and delivery oversight across multiple workstreams.
- Build trusted relationships with client sponsors and business stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have PMI Certification.
- 8-15 years of Salesforce consulting/implementation experience.
- Strong experience with AI, CRM Analytics (CRMA), and automation use cases.
- Understanding of data architecture, integrations, and governance.
- AgenticAI, and Experience Cloud / Community Cloud - Preferred.
- Exposure to the Nonprofit ecosystem - Strong Plus.
- Adaptively proactive approach to independently lead the engagements from project kick-off to go-live.
