Salesforce Technical Architect
Location- Bangalore
Exp - 10 + years
Role and responsibilities
Candidate will be able to design technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems; manage the development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of highly secure solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale; articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for a technical architecture.
Must Have Skills: Must have worked on multiple clouds of Salesforce (Sales, Service, Community, FSC, nCino, Lightning, Managed Packages)
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead a team of Salesforce Technical Resources focused on driving optimized solutions for our clients leveraging Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud and/or Industry Clouds
· Collaborate with the functional team to figure out the best way to implement a solution (which could involve decisions around declarative vs. programmatic vs. App Exchange, etc.)
· Handle technical issues brought to you by less experienced teams
· Serve as the technical authority on the Salesforce platform, security, integration, data migration, and other solution components
· Lead team members manage performance through regular one-on-one meetings, periodic feedback, annual reviews, etc.
· Help with sales initiatives from providing leads through scope/SOW, solution, and developing price estimates.
· Mentor the Salesforce practice team members and take on leadership roles to expand the capabilities of the practice.
· Manage Releases and Integration Framework
Technical Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce
- A minimum of 6 years of experience creating technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects.
- Experience in Salesforce Configuration, customizations Apex/VF, LWC, Aura
- Salesforce Einstein
- Migration project experience
o Legacy to Salesforce
o Lightning Migration
- Integrations SOAP/REST and ETL
- Experience in design, and develop advanced customizations utilizing Salesforce and
- Experience Mapping functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality
- Configuration using Validation Rules, Workflow, Approval process, Flows, Reports and Dashboards, User Management
- Good understanding of SFDC best practices, governor limits, Security model is must
Experience and Skills
· Work Experience:
o 10+ years as Salesforce Developer
§ Additional experience in nCino development will be an advantage
§ Additional experience in FSC development will be an advantage
o Experience in BFSI Domain
- Experience in managing large implementation and team
- Experience leveraging and configuring Experience Cloud
- Experience leveraging and configuring Sales and Service Cloud
- Experience in installing and configuration of Managed Packages and AppExchange Products
- Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements
- Experience documenting technical design documents
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders
- Experience on Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Salesforce Certifications
- CICD experience
