About the role
- Strong experience in Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Order Management (SOM).
- Hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Flows.
- Experience in Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes including Product Configuration, Pricing, Quoting, Contracting, Orders, and Billing.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and integration with CPQ/Order Management.
- Experience in designing and implementing Order Lifecycle Management, Fulfillment, and Order Orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security model, deployment strategies, and DevOps tools.
- Experience leading development teams and conducting code reviews.
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce CPQ and Order Management solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and review Apex, LWC, integrations, and customizations.
- Drive Quote-to-Cash transformation initiatives and best practices.
- Design product catalogs, pricing models, discounting frameworks, and order orchestration flows.
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure high-quality deliveries through code reviews, testing, and governance standards.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support deployment, release management, and production issue resolution.
