About the role
A senior Salesforce developer on an architect track. You will design Salesforce solutions, guide developers, review code and stay fully hands-on across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Design and develop robust Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions tailored to business needs.
- Architect, develop and maintain LWC, Apex classes, triggers and Flows.
- Lead code reviews for best practice, coding standards and performance.
- Build integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events and middleware tools.
- Own CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git, Bitbucket) and DevOps tooling, including managed packages.
- Guide developers on solution design and implementation.
- 10+ years of IT experience, with 8+ years in Salesforce development and implementation.
- Strong Sales Cloud and Service Cloud expertise (both mandatory).
- Hands-on LWC, Apex, triggers and Flows (mandatory).
- Integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events and middleware (mandatory).
- SOQL, SOSL and database modelling (mandatory).
- CI/CD pipelines, Git/Bitbucket and managed packages (mandatory).
- Salesforce security model, sharing rules and access control.
- Lightning Experience UI customisation; OAuth, SSO and identity management.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce AI capabilities.
- Strong problem solving for complex business requirements.
Interviews include a live coding round.
Location: Hybrid – Indore or Chennai. Employment: Full-time. Notice period: up to 45 days.
