We are seeking an experienced NetReveal Specialist with deep expertise in Sanctions Screening and Financial Crime Compliance (FCC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing sanctions screening solutions using BAE Systems NetReveal for global banking and financial operations, ensuring compliance with AML, OFAC, and regulatory requirements.

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of NetReveal Sanctions Screening modules.
• Analyze, design, and enhance customer, payment, and transaction screening workflows and matching logic.
• Collaborate with business and compliance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Manage alert tuning, threshold optimization, and performance calibration to minimize false positives while maintaining compliance standards.
• Provide production support, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis for NetReveal-related incidents.
• Work closely with data engineering and integration teams to manage data ingestion, ETL, and interface development.
• Ensure alignment with global AML/CFT, OFAC, EU, and UN sanctions regulations.
• Prepare documentation, technical design documents, and test cases as per internal standards.
• Lead or mentor junior team members on NetReveal and compliance domain best practices.

• 9+ years of total IT or financial technology experience, with 5+ years specific to BAE NetReveal (Sanctions Screening / AML / KYC).
• Strong knowledge of financial crime compliance processes — sanctions, name screening, transaction monitoring, and alert investigation.
• Hands-on experience with NetReveal modules such as:
• Name Screening / Sanctions Screening
• Alert Manager / Case Manager
• Batch and Real-time Screening components
• Strong understanding of data models, ETL frameworks, and data quality management.
• Familiarity with SQL, Unix/Linux scripting, and Oracle / SQL Server databases.
• Experience in model tuning, threshold configuration, and business rules customization.
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or private cloud) and DevOps tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

• Experience with other FCC tools (Actimize, FircoSoft, Oracle FCCM, SAS AML).
• Knowledge of machine learning–based optimization for sanctions screening.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks (FATF, OFAC, EU, UN, MAS).
