About the role
Mandatory Skills: SAP ABAP, SAPUI5, SAP BTP
Key Requirements:- Strong expertise in ABAP Objects, Classes, BAdIs, User Exits, CDS Views, and AMDP.- Hands-on experience developing high-performance OData V2/V4 services using SEGW (SAP Gateway Service Builder), RAP, or CAP.- Experience in backend architecture design, SAP S/4HANA integration, and diagnosing SQL/ABAP performance bottlenecks.- Strong knowledge of SAP HANA-specific SQL optimization and SAP Gateway troubleshooting.- Hands-on experience developing SAPUI5 applications and extending standard Fiori applications using SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) and BTP.- Working knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, XML views, and UI performance tuning.- Experience with Fiori Elements, metadata annotations, and Fiori landscape design in coordination with frontend architecture.- Knowledge of SAP BTP, Cloud Connector, and Git/GitHub for version control.- Experience in at least two full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions preferred.- Functional knowledge of PTP, RTR, or OTC is an advantage.- Certifications: SAP Certified Development Associate – ABAP preferred; SAPUI5 and Fiori Applications certification is a plus.
