About the role
We are looking for an experienced
Responsibilities- Sourcing & Contracting: Configure and support SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing, Guided Sourcing, RFx, auctions, and Contract Management.
- Commerce Automation: Manage automated Procure-to-Pay (P2P), transaction rules, document routing, and supplier collaboration on the Ariba Network.
- Integration & CIG: Design and test integration flows between SAP Ariba and backend SAP ECC/S/4HANA systems using Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
- Supplier Enablement: Drive supplier onboarding, coordinate enablement campaigns, and manage supplier profile visibility on the network.
- Process Optimization: Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, translate business needs into configuration workbooks, and write functional specs.
- Support & Testing: Perform unit/UAT testing, handle day-to-day tier-2/3 support incidents, and resolve data load or tax mapping issues.
- Ariba Guided Buying : Configure, customize, and support Guided Buying solutions including forms, tiles, catalogs, landing pages, policies, user groups, and procurement workflows.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting SAP Ariba.
- Module Expertise: Strong command over Ariba Sourcing, Commerce Automation
- Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of CIG, standard APIs, master data loads (.csv/Direct Connect), and transactional rule setups.
- Soft Skills: Excellent client-facing communication, workshop facilitation, and problem-solving skills
