About the role
Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP functionalities based on project requirements.
- Support implementation, enhancement, and production activities.
- Analyze and resolve SAP issues and defects.
- Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams.
- Prepare functional specifications and documentation.
- Participate in testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Ensure timely resolution of production issues.
- Support integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP CIDS / EWP / SAP MM / SAP IBP.
- SAP configuration and customization.
- Requirement gathering and business process analysis.
- SAP integration with other modules/systems.
- Incident, problem, and change management.
- Troubleshooting and production support.
- Experience in SAP implementation/enhancement projects.
- Good understanding of end-to-end business processes.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
