Role: SAP Transformations Consultant – CPG
& Manufacturing
Engagement: 3 Months Contract

Role Overview
Our Business Consulting & Solutions Practice helps leading global organizations deliver business transformation by augmenting ERP solutions with advanced Data, Analytics, and AI capabilities. We are seeking experienced SAP Functional Consultants with expertise in SAP EWM, and TM to support large-scale SAP S/4HANA x AI enablement programs for CPG and Manufacturing clients.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead business transformation workshops with manufacturing stakeholders.
● Plan, prepare, and execute Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard workshops.
● Advise clients on future-state operating models across planning, production, quality, warehousing, and logistics. ● Support executive-level discussions on supply chain optimization and manufacturing excellence. ● Support roadmap planning, solution design, and transformation governance.
● Drive innovation initiatives using Advanced Analytics and AI to augment SAP ERP solutions. ● Work closely with business stakeholders to deliver process excellence.
● Leverage SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA implementation experience across transformation programs. Mandatory Profile
● Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 8+ years of SAP experience.
● 2–5 full SAP implementation lifecycles.
● Hands-on expertise in SAP EWM and TM.
● Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain (L1–L3) processes.
● Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
● Ability to gather, validate, synthesize, document, and communicate business and technical requirements. ● Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
● Experience in CPG and Manufacturing.
● Exposure to SAP AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
● Knowledge of Advanced Analytics and AI.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
