SAP FICA Consultant

We are looking for experienced SAP FICA professionals with SAP BRIM expertise to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting SAP Financial Contract Accounting (FICA) and BRIM solutions across business processes. The role requires strong functional expertise in SAP FICA, with hands-on experience in BRIM components and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other SAP functional streams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead/participate in SAP FICA and BRIM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Perform requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Configure and support core SAP FICA functionalities, including:
• Business Partner and Contract Account
• Master Data
• Invoicing and Payment Processes
• Incoming/Outgoing Payments
• Dunning
• Clearing and Reconciliation
• Security Deposits
• Write-offs and Returns
• Account Determination
• Correspondence
• Work on SAP BRIM processes and integration across relevant components such as:
• Convergent Invoicing
• Convergent Charging
• Subscription Order Management
• Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA)
• Analyse and resolve integration issues between BRIM, FI-CA, SD, FI, and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with ABAP/technical teams for developments and enhancements.
• Conduct functional testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and support UAT.
• Support data migration activities, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, configuration documents, and user guides.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot complex FICA/BRIM issues.
• Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• For AM and above, mentor junior consultants and contribute to solution design, project planning, and delivery governance.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI-CA / FICA.
• Good understanding of SAP BRIM architecture and business processes.
• Experience in at least 1 E2E SAP implementation at the consultant level.
• Experience in at least 2 E2E SAP implementations for AM and above.
• Strong understanding of integration between FICA/BRIM and other SAP modules.
• Experience in requirements analysis, configuration, testing, and production support.
• Good understanding of financial accounting and order-to-cash / subscription-based business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP S/4HANA experience, particularly S/4HANA-based FI-CA implementations.
• Experience with SAP BRIM end-to-end implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP Convergent Invoicing, Convergent Charging, and Subscription Order Management.
• Experience in integration with third-party billing, payment, CRM, or revenue-management systems.
• Experience in performance optimisation and high-volume billing environments.
• SAP certification in FI-CA/BRIM is an advantage.
