RBEI desires to avail services from a suitable external Supplier to execute a part of above mentioned project. All tasks should be executed from

• Reduced Overall Costs: Utilizing Supplier services with best in class resources, increased productivity, and stringent project management principles to reduce the overall cost of the service, solution and ownership.

• The SPOC will be responsible for all the project deliverables of the team, from the initial transition phase, task allocation, tracking, RBEI QMS Adherence and clarifications
• The SPOC should review the effectiveness of support handled by the Partner team and ensure quality of the deliverables with in SLA
• The SPOC will be responsible for milestone deliveries and obtain sign-off for the same if any
• The SPOC will handle all coordination and administrative activities necessary to support the Partner team
• The SPOC – will give Weekly (every First working day of the week) and monthly status report (MSR) to RBEI Service Delivery Manager before 6th of every month in RBEI Specific format. Feedback of MSR will be provided by RBEI Delivery Manager or Service Delivery Manager
• The vendor-FLM will be responsible for the overall engagement of the Supplier with RBEI. The expectation is to be the single point of contact for RBEI for the following aspects:
• Nomination of suitable resources and facilitate evaluation by RBEI
• Support initial induction of the Supplier team
• Tracking the progress of the ScPL on project deliverables
• First Escalation level by RBEI on any issues
• Support to ScPL on any issue
• Handling changes in scope, resources and any other issues related to the Supplier’s area of activity
• Responsible for all deliverables of the Partner Team
• Prepare internal resource allocation plan
• Monitor all project activities
• Escalation management
• Submit project related reports and status reports to RBEI Service Delivery Manager
• Develop reports as per requirements
• Execute the function scope and service description as mentioned in scope section

• Regular Status reviews with Partner SPOC on service progress
• Guiding the Partner SPOC on complex issues
• Approval and
• Periodical status reviews with partner account managers on service progress
• Act as primary liaison between business users and delivery teams
• Lead requirement discussions, fit–gap analysis, and solution design
• Own functional delivery across SAP FICO and OpenText VIM
• Configure and support SAP FICO modules
• Prepare functional specifications and support UAT, cutover, and golive
• Coordinate with technical, Basis, security, and integration teams
• Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, quality standards, and governance
• Support audits, controls, and statutory compliance requirements

• The SPOC should possess the
• competence to deliver
• SPOC experience match with RBEI basic criteria
• 1 SAP FICO module Mandatory
• 6-9 yrs
• Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
• SAP S/4HANA Support + Production Support/AMS + CR handling + Incident Management + Troubleshooting + Business User Interaction + SLA-based delivery.
• 5-9 years of experience in SAP FI and SAP CO experience in support projects.
