Role: SAP FICO with HANA
Experience: 5+ years (at least 2+ years on S4 HANA)
Location: Delhi-NCR

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process integration
Lead data migration and ensure data integrity in the HANA environment
Provide end-user training and support during SAP FICO implementation
Develop and customize financial reports and dashboards
Ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and other systems
Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
Optimize financial processes through continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new SAP modules
Stay updated with SAP FICO and HANA trends and best practices

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
Strong experience in SAP FICO and HANA implementation projects
Proficiency in financial accounting and controlling principles
Expertise in data migration strategies and tools
Ability to conduct end-user training and provide user support
Advanced skills in SAP FICO reporting tools
Knowledge of system integration concepts and techniques
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving SAP FICO-related issues
Understanding of finance-related business processes and requirements
Certification in SAP FICO or HANA is a plus
