Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the design, development, and implementation of SAP HANA solutions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance in SAP HANA architecture and best practices
- Perform data modeling and optimization to support efficient data management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization to enhance system functionality
- Ensure data provisioning methods meet the needs of various analytics and reporting applications
- Manage and troubleshoot SAP HANA systems and components
- Stay updated with the latest SAP HANA advancements and recommend technological enhancements
- Conduct testing and validation of SAP HANA systems and applications
- Provide technical support and expertise to resolve complex issues and incidents
- Participate in the development and maintenance of technical documentation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP HANA infrastructure and processes
- Train and mentor junior members of the technical team
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards in SAP HANA implementation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for SAP HANA integration
