JOB DETAIL
Position Description:
The Manufacturing IBP (Integrated Business Planning) Functional Consultant is responsible for providing functional and technical expertise in the configuration, development, testing, and implementation of Manufacturing IBP solutions.
The consultant will be responsible for delivering solutions that meet customer requirements, on-time and within budget, while ensuring customer satisfaction and successful implementations.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Analyze customer's business processes and objectives, and develop solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Design, configure, develop, and test Manufacturing IBP solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and training materials.
• Provide technical support to customers during the implementation phase.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Provide guidance on best practices and industry standards.
• Stay abreast of new developments in the Manufacturing IBP space.
• Participate in customer meetings and workshops.
Skills and Qualifications:
• 3-6 years of experience in Manufacturing IBP.
• Strong experience in configuring and developing Manufacturing IBP solutions.
• Proven ability to work on tight deadlines, complete tasks independently, and meet customer expectations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel and support customers on site.
• Knowledge of database programming, SQL, and data integration tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
