About the role
- Configure and maintain SAP Payroll solutions based on business requirements.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and payroll-related activities.
- Customize payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules).
- Handle payroll execution, reconciliation, and post-payroll activities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory payroll requirements.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
- Perform unit testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
- Support payroll integration with Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management.
- Provide production support and resolve payroll issues within SLA timelines.
