About the role
Incerebrum Technologies is hiring an experienced SAP PLM Solution Consultant with strong hands-on implementation experience in Process Industries. The consultant will be responsible for the overall implementation of the project - from requirement gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare - while working closely with business, functional and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall SAP PLM implementation for the Process Industries client from discovery through go-live and hypercare.
- Conduct business workshops, requirement gathering, process mapping and fit-gap analysis with key stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into SAP PLM solution design and drive functional implementation decisions.
- Own configuration, functional design documentation, implementation governance and solution quality.
- Work closely with SAP S/4HANA and technical/integration teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
- Drive SIT/UAT, defect resolution, cutover planning, deployment and production readiness.
- Identify and manage implementation risks, dependencies and cross-functional issues.
- Lead the 30-day hypercare period and ensure a structured transition to the support/operations team.
Requirements:
- Knowledge or exposure to SAP Integrated Product Development (IPD).
- Prior hands-on IPD implementation experience is not mandatory.
- Experience as an SAP PLM Solution Lead, Functional Lead or Solution Consultant.
- Immediate / short-notice availability is preferred.
