About the role
The SAP PS Lead will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Project System solutions within SAP S/4HANA. The role focuses on project planning, budgeting, cost control, resource management, project execution, revenue recognition, capital project management, and integration with finance, procurement, manufacturing, and asset management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Project System solutions.
- Identify and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Prepare project system solution design documents.
- Design WBS and project structures.
- Define budgeting and cost control frameworks.
- Develop project accounting and settlement designs.
- Create functional specifications.
- Prepare test scripts and support UAT sign-off.
- Define data migration strategy.
- Prepare cutover and go-live plans.
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer documentation.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and openness to learning.
- Take ownership of tasks and drive them to closure.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Experience in SAP Project System (PS).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in the SAP Project System (PS) is preferred for this role.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Understanding of project planning, budgeting, cost control, resource management, project execution, revenue recognition, and capital project management.
- Knowledge of integration with finance, procurement, manufacturing, and asset management processes.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
