SAP S4 HANA ABAP Developer with APO and PMT

·        Must-Have:

·        6–9 years of strong SAP ABAP development experience (Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, OOP)

·        Functional exposure to SAP APO (preferably SNP, DP, PP/DS) and CIF integration

·        Working experience with PMT tools for process modeling/documentation

·        Involvement in at least one SAP system migration to AWS or any cloud platform

·        Good understanding of end-to-end business processes (SCM, Planning, Procurement, etc.)

·        Hands-on experience using Jira for Agile delivery

·        Preferred:

·        Experience with S/4HANA ABAP or HANA-optimized code

·        Knowledge of AWS infrastructure/services (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch)

·        Familiarity with Fiori/UI5 or modern front-end interaction with ABAP

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

·        SAP certifications in ABAP or SCM modules (preferred)

Expected Scope of work (in case WP) / Responsibilities (in case of T&M):

·        Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions using SAP ABAP across modules including SCM/APO

·        Work on enhancements, BAPIs, BADIs, IDOCs, ALV, Smart Forms, and performance tuning

·        Support and enhance APO-specific objects including integration via CIF, planning books, macros, etc.

·        Collaborate with stakeholders to model and refine processes using PMT (e.g., SAP Solution Manager, ARIS, or Signavio)

·        Participate in and support the migration of SAP systems to AWS, including technical preparation and cutover activities

·        Act as a Process SME, analyzing existing processes and identifying improvement opportunities aligned with SAP best practices

·        Ensure alignment between business goals and SAP solution design

·        Use tools like Jira for tracking development progress, sprint planning, and issue resolution

·        Engage in code reviews, unit testing, documentation, and KT sessions

·        Should have experience in S/4HANA implementations/Template development (at least 2 Implementation)

·        Also Extensive knowledge and experience on Adobe forms and workflows

·        Expertise in contributing towards the implementation, support and roll-out of all SAP modules.

·        Managed onsite development & support, functional specification review, technical specification writing, performance tuning and incident analysis and solutions.

·        Exhibit good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills along with demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams

·        Should be a good team player, leader to drive the team
