About the role
We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA Security / GRC Consultant to join our team to design, implement, and manage the SAP security architecture and governance framework. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP GRC Access Control to ensure secure and compliant access across the SAP landscape.
- Design, configure, and manage user roles and authorizations for SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
- Implement and maintain SAP GRC Access Control modules including ARA, BRM, EAM, and ARM.
- Define and enforce SAP security standards, policies, and procedures aligned with business and compliance requirements.
- Conduct risk analysis, access reviews, and SoD (Segregation of Duties) checks.
- Work with functional and technical teams to define security requirements and ensure secure system integrations.
- Support audits and compliance initiatives (e.g., SOX, GDPR) by providing required documentation and access reports.
- Analyze and resolve security-related incidents and service requests.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Security and GRC, including at least 2 years with SAP S/4HANA.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Role Design, Fiori tile/catalog security, and S/4HANA authorization concepts.
- Strong experience with SAP GRC 12.0 Access Control.
- Understanding of compliance regulations (SOX, GDPR) and audit processes.
- Experience with integration of SAP with non-SAP systems from a security perspective.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- SAP Security or GRC certifications.
- Experience with SAP Cloud Security (e.g., SAP BTP, IAS/IPS).
- Familiarity with SAP IDM or third-party identity provisioning tools.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
