About the role
Responsibilities:
- Design, improve and implement robust and controlled business process solutions for operations functions utilising SAP and supporting systems to ensure effective integration with other business functions and applications.
Requirements:
- Strong Development Skill Set in SAP SD Module in Order Obtaining process, O2C, SAP Credit Management, SAP Order Management, Billing Management, Pricing Procedure, Taxation, Third-party process, Special Billing process, Schemes, Rebates, Parts Management, Logistics execution, Delivery, Picking, and Packing process. Consignment process and rebate processing.
- Strong knowledge in preparing RAD, functional specs, and test cases. User Manual, etc.
- Experience working on Support Projects and understanding of ticket management and closure
- Using a ticketing tool.
- Understanding of L1/L2/L3 ticket categorisation.
- Extensive experience working on change requests.
- Can manage complex process customisations according to business requirements.
- Experience of working on automation use cases would be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 10 years of SAP ECC and S/4 HANA functional consulting experience, preferably the latest version.
- Preferred working experience in Cement Industry projects
- Experience of working with ABAP team for custom requirements.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
